Terms of Service
Last updated May 18, 2026. These terms govern your use of the qache hosted gateway, dashboard, and related services. By using qache, you agree to them.
The service
qache is a caching gateway for LLM API traffic. It sits in front of the providers you already use, analyzes prompt shape, and places cache breakpoints to reduce cost and latency. qache is currently offered as a hosted beta service.
Accounts
You must create an account to use qache. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Gateway API Keys
Gateway API Keys authenticate your traffic to qache. Keep them secret. You are responsible for all requests made with your keys. If a key is compromised, revoke it in the dashboard immediately; revocation takes effect right away.
Provider keys and third-party terms
You supply your own credentials for the upstream LLM providers you route to. Your use of those providers remains subject to their terms and policies. qache forwards your requests but does not control upstream provider availability, pricing, or output.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use qache for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt or probe the service or its infrastructure, to circumvent usage limits, or in any way that violates the terms of the upstream providers you route to. We may suspend access that threatens the integrity of the service or other customers.
Availability and changes
qache is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta. We do not offer a service-level agreement, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Fees
qache is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will provide advance notice before any charges apply to your account.
Intellectual property
qache and its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of qache. You retain all rights to the content you send through the gateway.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qache disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from upstream provider behavior, service interruptions, or use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using qache and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as qache evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of qache after a change means you accept the revised terms.
